Malambo & Company was founded in 2001 and has grown into a leading provider of legal services in Zambia.

Growing from strength to strength, the Firm has over the years espoused these core principles in its provision of legal services to a wide array of clients, corporate and otherwise, both in Zambia and internationally, thereby gaining repute as a leading provider of legal services in Zambia. While being a general practice firm capable of handling matters and transactions under various heads of the law, the Firm has distinguished itself in a number of core areas of practice. It has contributed significantly to the development of law in Zambia in the form, inter alia, of precedent handed down by the Supreme Court of Zambia in respect of matters argued by the Firm. To this end, the Firm has over the years successfully litigated numerous matters that have defined not only the law, but also the practice of law in Zambia.

The Firm provides transactional advice and interest representation services to key players in the corporate sector. It also advises numerous international clients on matters relating to the conduct of business in Zambia, and has advised on complex commercial transactions in all sectors, including construction and infrastructure, agriculture, finance, mining and natural resources, and telecommunications.
